Entel DT982 Atex Digital Licensed Walkie Talkie

The DT982 is an ATEX IIC UHF digital two way radio from Entel. Built to the highest environmental protection rating of IP68, this ensures that the radio has a full Ingres protection against dust whilst also being fully submersible in 2 meters of water for up to 4 hours. Entel’s DT982 continues to operate seamlessly in temperatures as low as -30°C through to 50°C, this possible due to the radio meeting MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G, with this rating also aiding to the DT982’s ability to withstand rigours of shock, vibration and corrosive effect due to dust and moisture. A robust accessory socket is present with all of Entel’s DT range, with both a multi-pin interface and micro-USB socket, the connection points are gold-plated which means that are both protected against submersion and the risk of any damage or corrosion are minimized.
